Founder & Technical Advisor

Will is a full-stack engineer and technical leader with more than a decade of experience shipping products and scaling teams — from MasterClass to stealth startups. Along the way he has owned features and platforms that have driven over $300M in revenue impact.

His current focus is at the intersection of AI and automation: designing AI agent workforces for GTM, content, and product engineering teams, and shipping the durable software that lets those agents actually do work.

Through Slate36, that same engineering discipline extends into IT infrastructure. With MSP partnerships at Telarus and Sandler Partners, Slate36 can source and orchestrate voice, network, cloud, and security solutions from hundreds of vetted providers — and stand behind the build.
